Summer Street Flowers is the culmination of a flower obsession that just keeps growing! I started out with two garden beds by the street in front of my condo and was amazed at how many flowers grew, but I wanted more. Next thing I knew, I had convinced my mom to let me take over her yard and was brainstorming business names.

As a small scale flower project, I seek to be a good steward of my urban garden with organic practices. The goal is to maximize space and minimize waste. The vast majority of Summer Street Flowers will be grown by me, at my home in Portland or my parent’s in Happy Valley. Because I’m still getting to know Mother Nature, I may occasionally add in other locally grown flowers.
